Product Manager, On-Chain Trading — GMGN App

Responsibilities

• Trading Module Iterations: Own the requirement definitions and product iterations for core App trading features (buy/sell execution, copy trading, candlestick charts, limit orders, etc.) and track post-launch performance.
• Competitive Intelligence: Continuously track key competitors (such as pump.fun, fomo, Axiom) and broader DEX / launchpad ecosystems. Deconstruct emerging features and convert them into actionable product backlogs.
• End-to-End Execution: Deliver high-quality PRDs and wireframes, oversee UX/UI quality, and partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to drive cross-platform (Web / Mobile App) release cycles.
• Data & Problem Resolution Loop: Monitor core product metrics (trading volume, MAU, retention, routing execution quality). Independently investigate user-reported Contract Addresses (CAs) and transaction hashes on-chain to pinpoint root causes (routing, pricing logic, indexing delays), drive engineering fixes, and turn insights into permanent product improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years dedicated to consumer-facing crypto or on-chain trading products.
• Active On-Chain Trader: Hands-on experience trading memecoins and DEX tokens. Power user of trading terminals such as GMGN, Axiom, and Photon.
• Deep DEX Tech Stack Knowledge: Thorough understanding of bonding curves, internal vs. external markets, AMMs vs. order books, aggregator routing & pool selection, slippage & price wicks, anti-MEV protection, dynamic tax structures, and behavior patterns of dev wallets & Smart Money.
• Self-Sufficient Data Capabilities (SQL + BI): Proficient in writing SQL queries and building BI dashboards to analyze cohort funnels and retention rates. Capable of performing reconciliation and attribution analysis with high sensitivity to data definitions.
• Mechanism-Level Competitive Analysis: Ability to deconstruct rival platforms down to their fee structures, execution routing, risk controls, and architectural limitations.
• Power User of AI Tools: Daily use of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor for research, data queries, and documentation. Candidates should be prepared to showcase concrete workflow examples during interviews.
• Direct Communicator & High Resilience: Strong execution capacity in fast-paced environments, capable of driving alignment and delivering results across multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Fluent Bilingual (English & Mandarin): Professional-level fluency in spoken English and Mandarin with a global product mindset.

• Prior PM experience at top-tier trading terminals, DEXs, or token launchpads.
• Verifiable On-Chain Track Record: Your GMGN UID, primary wallet address, or a personal memecoin trading debrief/retrospective.
• Portfolio & Artifacts: GitHub repositories/experimental code; prototypes, demos, Agent workflows, or product specs built with AI tools; technical write-ups/articles on memecoin mechanics, on-chain data, or Web3 product design.
• Strong familiarity with the X (Twitter) and Telegram ecosystems (authentication, APIs, bots, and KOL dynamics).
• Proven track record in shipping native mobile applications across both iOS and Android.
