GGC Season 1 — Official Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The GMGN Global Championship Season 1 (the “Competition”) is organized by [GMGN legal entity name and registered address] (“GMGN”, “we”, “us”). By registering, you agree to these Terms and to GMGN’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Key Dates (all times UTC+0)

A “Competition Day” runs from 00:00:00 UTC to 23:59:59 UTC on the same calendar day. We may change these dates and will announce any change on gmgn.ai/ggc and GMGN’s official channels.

3. Eligibility

You may enter if you:

• hold a valid GMGN account;
• are not located in, or a resident or national of, a jurisdiction where GMGN’s services or this Competition are prohibited, or that is subject to comprehensive sanctions;
• are not an employee, contractor or immediate family member of GMGN, Coinbase, Inc. or of its other official partners for the Competition (including broadcast, production and media partners), and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”).

Each person may hold only one entry.

4. How to Enter

1. Register at gmgn.ai/ggc with your GMGN account and submit:
   • one (1) Solana wallet and one (1) EVM wallet. Your EVM wallet is used on every supported EVM chain. Together these are your “Competition Wallets”. At registration they must be fresh: no funds, no holdings and no trading history;
   • your X (Twitter) account (required). It is shown on the leaderboards as your name and handle;
   • a Twitch or Kick or Binance Square livestream link (optional);
   • your answer on whether you can attend the Grand Final in London if you qualify (required). If you answer “not sure” and later cannot attend, you give up your place.
2. Fund your Competition Wallets with starting capital of up to 2,000 USD in total value across both wallets. Starting capital may only be the following assets:

   • Supported chains and assets are those supported by GMGN when GGC registration opens on October 9, 2026.
3. Confirm entry. At confirmation we check that:
   • total capital does not exceed 2,000 USD, valued at token prices at the moment you confirm;
   • your Competition Wallets have no trading history and have not created (deployed) any token.

Before confirming, you may register again with different wallets; your latest registration is the one that counts. Once you confirm, your entry is final and you cannot register again. Shortly before the Competition starts we check all Competition Wallets again: any wallet with trading or token-creation records is removed from the leaderboards.

5. Trading Rules

• Only trades made through GMGN from your registered Competition wallets count.
• You may not trade from your Competition Wallets before the Competition starts.
• After you confirm entry, you may not transfer any funds or tokens into your Competition Wallets from any outside address.
• You may move capital between your own Competition Wallets only through GMGN’s cross-chain swap. Any other transfer between them counts as an outside deposit.
• You may not transfer out any token other than starting-capital assets at any point.
• Prohibited conduct includes:
  • creating (deploying or launching) your own token;
  • wash trading;
  • collusion or coordinated trading with other participants;
  • market manipulation;
  • exploiting bugs;
  • any other conduct we reasonably consider unfair.

We scan Competition wallets daily and may audit any wallet at any time.

6. Leaderboards and Scoring

All results are measured in USD.

• Total Leaderboard (live): final rankings count realized PnL only. Make sure to close all positions before the Competition ends.
• Total Leaderboard (final): realized PnL minus the cost of every position still open when the Competition ends. Positions left open at the end are treated as a total loss. Close your positions before the end to lock in gains.
• Daily Leaderboard: realized PnL within that Competition Day, settled at the end of each Competition Day. The participant ranked #1 at settlement is that day’s Daily Champion.
• Points Leaderboard: the top 10 on each Daily Leaderboard earn points: 1st 10, 2nd 9, and so on down to 10th with 1 point. Points add up across all Competition Days.

Leaderboards shown during the Competition are provisional. Final rankings are confirmed after our review.

7. Grand Final Qualification (6 places)

Places are awarded in this order:

1. The 100x Single Sell place is decided first.
2. The three Total Leaderboard places go to the highest-ranked participants on the final Total Leaderboard who do not already hold a place.
3. The Points Leaderboard place goes to the highest-ranked participant on the final Points Leaderboard who does not already hold a place.
4. The Community Vote place is awarded based on the vote result.

If a qualifier is ineligible, cannot travel, or declines, the place passes to the next eligible participant.

8. Prizes

Grand Champion. The winner of the Grand Final receives a one-of-one custom Aston Martin Vantage, GGC Edition.

• The final specification and customization are decided by GMGN.
• At the Grand Final, the champion receives the specification, a numbered certificate and the key. The car itself is delivered later, currently expected [approximately X months] after the Grand Final. GMGN will keep the winner updated on the build and delivery schedule.
• Where delivery is not possible or permitted in the winner’s country, or at GMGN’s discretion, GMGN may instead award an equivalent value in cash or stablecoin.
• The winner is responsible for all taxes, duties, registration, insurance and other costs related to receiving and owning the car, unless GMGN agrees otherwise in writing.

Daily Champions and Finalists. Each Daily Champion and each Grand Finalist receives a custom 18K white gold GMGN dog tag (50 × 28 × 1.5 mm). A participant who wins more than once, or who is both a Daily Champion and a Finalist, receives one dog tag.

General. Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash except as stated above. Prize images are for illustration only.

9. Grand Final Travel

For each Grand Finalist, GMGN covers round-trip economy flights, hotel accommodation for the Grand Final period and UK visa or ETA fees.

• Finalists must hold a valid passport and obtain their own visa or UK ETA in time. GMGN will provide supporting documents where it can.
• If a finalist cannot attend, including because a visa is refused, the place passes on under Section 7. GMGN is not liable for any resulting loss.
• Grand Final rules are set out in Section 10.

10. Grand Final Rules

10.1 Date and Venue

The Grand Final will take place in person on November 16, 2026 in London, United Kingdom, and will be livestreamed in full. GMGN may change the date or venue for venue, safety or force majeure reasons, and will notify finalists in advance.

10.2 Conditions to Compete

• Finalists must complete identity verification (KYC) and sign the participation confirmation provided by GMGN.
• Finalists must compete in person and arrive on time. Remote participation and competing on someone else’s behalf are not allowed.
• A finalist who is not present when the Grand Final starts forfeits their place.

10.3 Format

• The Grand Final is a single match. Exact start and end times will be announced on site.
• Finalists trade with their own capital.
• All trades must be made through GMGN from the dedicated Grand Final wallet. The trading rules in Section 5 also apply to the Grand Final.

10.4 Determining the Champion

The finalist with the highest PnL in the Grand Final is the Grand Champion. Finalists must close all positions before the match ends.

10.5 Capital and Profits

Finalists trade with their own funds. All profits and losses from Grand Final trading belong to the finalist. Finalists are responsible for any related taxes.

10.6 Conduct on Site

• During the match, finalists may not take trading guidance from anyone off stage, collude with other finalists, or use any tools not approved by GMGN.
• GMGN staff may inspect finalists’ devices and accounts before and during the match.

10.7 Technical Issues

In the event of a network, platform or device failure, GMGN may pause, extend or replay the match, or decide the result based on standings before the failure. GMGN’s decision is final.

10.8 Confirmation of Results

Results announced on site are provisional and subject to GMGN’s post-match review. The Grand Champion must pass identity verification and comply with these Terms to receive the prize described in Section 8. If the Grand Champion is disqualified, the prize passes to the next-ranked finalist in the Grand Final.

11. Livestreaming and Anonymity

Livestreaming your trading is optional and does not affect your ranking. GMGN may feature streamers on the official GMGN broadcast.

You may stay anonymous: you can compete under a nickname, and finalists may wear masks at the Grand Final. No face reveal is required.

12. Publicity and Media Release

By entering, you agree that GMGN and its partners may use, worldwide, in any media, for promotional purposes and without further payment:

• your nickname and avatar, your Competition wallet addresses, your trades, PnL and rankings;
• any livestream content you produce during the Competition, including clips and highlights.

Grand Finalists and prize winners agree to take part in reasonable media activity, including interviews, photos and video at the Grand Final. They also agree to be filmed during the Grand Final and award ceremony.

13. Prediction Markets

GGC-related prediction markets may be listed on third-party platforms. Participants may not trade on any prediction market that relates to the Competition. A breach may lead to disqualification.

14. Disqualification and Appeals

GMGN may disqualify any participant, adjust results or withhold prizes for any breach of these Terms or suspected misconduct.

Questions and appeals go through the official GGC Discord (discord.gg/ZYhhDG9jSX) within [48 hours] of the issue arising. GMGN’s decisions on rankings, eligibility and prizes are final.

15. Risk Disclosure

You trade with your own funds and may lose some or all of your capital. Memecoins are highly volatile. The Released Parties are not responsible for any trading losses, network fees, failed transactions, or losses caused by third-party protocols, blockchains or market conditions.

Nothing in this Competition is financial advice.

16. General

• GMGN is solely responsible for the Competition, including its operation and legality, rankings and results, KYC and sanctions screening, communications, the award and delivery of all prizes, taxes and reporting, and handling of your personal data. All questions, claims and appeals go to GMGN only.
• We may change, suspend or cancel the Competition, or these Terms, where reasonably necessary, including for technical issues, abuse, or legal or regulatory reasons. We will publish any change on gmgn.ai/ggc.
• To the extent permitted by law, by entering the Competition you release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages and causes of action of any kind (whether in contract, tort including negligence, statute or otherwise, and whether known or unknown) arising out of or relating to the Competition, including your entry or participation, any trading or trading losses, the GMGN platform, any decision of GMGN, travel to or attendance at the Grand Final, and the award, non-award, delivery, non-delivery, quality, use or loss of any prize. Nothing in this Section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded..
• Personal data is handled under GMGN’s Privacy Policy.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin islands;.
• If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
